I met Gilles Danard, broker of Vaneau Luxury Real Estate, thanks to the Miami FAAC (French American Chamber of Commerce), as I was looking for a condo in Miami Beach. He immediately targeted my search, and after the second visit, we signed the contract! Because of Covid-19, the former tenant couldn’t move out, and of course, I couldn’t move in, but Gilles took care of all the trouble either with the owner or the building manager and visited the condo regularly in my absence.
